We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager in the IT sector to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide high-quality service, and resolve technical inquiries. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them maximize the value of the company’s IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase loyalty
- Work with clients to understand their business goals and tailor IT solutions to meet their needs
- Provide technical advice and offer the best solutions for client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and timely task completion
- Prepare reports on client activity, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for service improvement
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling IT services
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure prompt responses to client inquiries
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in client management, preferably in the IT sector
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Deep understanding of IT services and solutions
- Ability to tailor IT solutions to client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology
- Fluency in Russian and English
