We are seeking for a self-driven and customer business development-focused strong leader to join the MHP team as Country Manager Moldova.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, trade marketing and customer business development (CBD) to lead and expand the MHP business in Moldova.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure MHP business strategy execution in the market;
- Deliver solid growth of distribution, visibility, sales value & volume, market share of MHP products across all sales channels, including Modern Trade, HoReCa and Processors;
- Build value chains for competitive price positioning, deliver ROI effective price promotions, execute pricing strategy;
- Develop effective sales, marketing/trade marketing strategies and activity calendars with Key accounts in strong internal cooperation with cross functions and the distributor team;
- Research market trends and analyze competitor activities and quickly respond
- Develop Moldova distributor business with CBD approach;
- Deliver joint operational sales planning and long-term forecasting in line with MHP targets;
- Achieve deep customer penetration and establish long-term partnership relations with distributors and key accounts
- Conduct effective negotiations with the decision-makers. Build and execute annual joint business plans;
- Execute regular field visits across the country, provide mentorship and training to distributor's sales teams;
- Control of distributors receivables and sufficient safety stock;
- Deliver KPIs and targets set by the Head of Region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 7+ years experience in the FMCG/HoReCa sales and business development
- Deep understanding of distribution, pricing, promotions and merchandising principles
- Ability to analyze customer business models and propose win-win solutions
- Successful experience in cooperation with large retailers and familiar with HoReCa and processing channel specifics
- Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills
- A strong result-oriented leader who can inspire partners to achieve joint targets
- Critical and innovational thinking, agility and openness, challenging the status quo
- Expertise in trade marketing and marketing will be preferred
- Moldova market knowledge will be preferred
- Fluent in English, and Russian. Romanian will be preferred.
