Customer acquisition / support specialist - full-time

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Acquisition/Support Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching market for brands from different niches: target customers, competitors, influencers/ celebrities, relevant #hashtags
- Finding potential leads & sending tailored messages to them
- Daily communication with customers & customer support
- Encouraging customers to share their feedback about our products and deal with negative feedback
- Inputting all data in dedicated databases and keeping them updated and organized daily
- Finding and arranging giveaways with relevant influencers
- Planning and following the sales strategy
- Reporting to the supervisor and to the clients

REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work US hours (full-time: 40 hr/week, 3-11pm GMT+2) & answer clients on rolling basis as they message us on Instagram (sometimes in weekends)
- Experience in customer support/ online sales/ lead generation/ marketing
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Self-organization, discipline, attention to detail, result oriented
- Basic Excel and data entry skills
- Ambitious, driven, highly-motivated, goal-oriented attitude

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Commission based salary $750 to $1200+ per month, based on your performance (no capping)

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.
