Marketing manager

Personizely is growing its team! We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives to grow our business. This role requires you to set out of your comfort zone as you’ll be required to have the experience and creativity to manage all aspects of marketing. In this role, leadership and the willingness to learn and be adaptable are absolutely essential. We are looking for a generalist who can manage any area of marketing personally, using a team, or contractors.

Personizely is a SAAS company that helps e-commerce brands convert more website visitors into sales and leads. Our main product is a conversion optimization platform that encapsulates widgets, website personalization, and a/b testing in a single tool.

Personizely is used by 1000+ customers all around the world, including Built, Mavi, and Davines. We are a small but robust team willing to help our customers in the best possible way.

What you’ll do

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing brand-focused and product-focused marketing campaigns for a number of different target markets.
- Ensuring clear KPIs are established and adhered to for marketing programs and effectively tracking and reporting on the initiatives. 
- Completing annual budget proposals and ongoing budget management and maintenance.
- Working closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Developing annual marketing plans that include digital marketing, public relations, displays and sponsorships, content marketing, web design and development, social media marketing, and more. 
- Assigning tasks and assisting with prioritization for the rest of the team.
- Hiring and working with contractors and agencies for various areas of marketing.
- Providing direction to keep messaging and graphic communications on-brand.
- Taking the initiative to be creative and ambitious for all marketing campaigns.


What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles. You’ve done this before and pumped to get started. 
- Incredible writing skills. You have a knack for crafting interesting copy.
- Ability to work with various tools and platforms including, but not limited to - CRMs, Email Marketing Services, Spreadsheet Software, Ad platforms, etc.
- A strategic mindset that allows you to understand industry trends and customer needs. 
- Relentless creativity and ambition. 
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills. 
- Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload. 
- Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great attitude.
