We invite dynamic and result-oriented employees to join our growing sales team. As a sales manager, you will play a key role in attracting new customers as well as developing existing customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
- A highly motivated, proactive person with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other office tools.
- Russian language - native or advanced.
- Basic English and the desire to learn it is a bonus.
- A bachelor's degree in banking, finance, business or a related field provides an advantage, as well as proven sales skills, preferably in the financial services industry. Not a must.
