Your job description: Specialist

Manage claims and follow up on resolutions;
Communicate with brokers via calls and emails;
Permit Acquisition: Obtain required permits for oversized, overweight, or special loads across various states or regions.

Requirements:

Fluent, conversational English
Open-minded and fast-learning person
Long term worker
Good user of Microsoft Office
No previous experience is required, but if you have it is an advantage!
