We are seeking a motivated and experienced Amazon Sales and B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving our sales strategy on Amazon and expanding our B2B customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce, specifically on Amazon, and a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve product visibility on Amazon.
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both Amazon customers and B2B clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts with a track record of increasing sales.
