MSID: A Multi-Scale Diffusion-Based Inpainting Defense Against Adversarial Attacks (MSc Thesis)

Developed a novel adversarial purification method, MSID, to protect Deep Neural Networks from adversarial attacks using inpainting. My research introduced a multi-scale approach that improved the robustness of models against adversarial attacks, achieving state-of-the-art results on well-known datasets like CIFAR-10 and ImageNet. This work, the first of its kind to apply diffusion-based inpainting for adversarial purification, demonstrated a balance between high accuracy and increased robustness, outperforming existing methods.

Analysing Real-Time Vision-Based Pose Estimation Algorithms for RITH Purposes on Embedded Devices (BSc Thesis)

Created an AI-driven mobile app for telerehabilitation, enabling patients to perform exercises at home. The app uses 2D pose detection on low-resource devices, such as smartphones, to track and guide exercises in real-time, improving access to rehabilitation, reducing hospital visits, and offering flexible, self-guided care. This solution addresses a critical need for remote rehabilitation, particularly in resource-limited settings.
