Led the team and managed the following responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and controlling the execution of the company's activities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, participating in commercial negotiations. Preparation of commercial offers.
- Establishing and implementing the company's development strategies. Market research to attract new
customers. Representing the company in relation to public institutions and third parties.
- Coordination and distribution of team members' objectives. Creation of activity reports

- Managing collaborators from different departments with various skills.
- Supervision and control of the fulfillment by domestic and foreign road transport operators on the territory of the Republic of Moldova of the provisions of national legislation and international agreements in the field.
- Elaboration of measures to improve the efficient administration and management of the Agency.
- Supervising the activity of employees, developing and organizing improvement and stimulation measures.
- Elaboration of proposals and policy documents in the transport area.
- Analyzing and evaluating the activity of organizational structures, identifying strengths and
weaknesses, formulating existing problems and ways to solve them.
- Representation of the Agency in relation to public institutions and third parties.

Take part and manage the working groups and coordinate the implementation of new projects in the field,
namely E-Authorization and Digitization of the services provided by the Agency. Both projects had a positive
impact for the final recipients of the services provided.
